We had a competition on here a few years back where participants would be asigned a random gang name from the movie script list, and had to create its gang colors using either hand drawn or simple program such as MSPaint.

we should do that again i made one called the (devils kids mc) its a motorcycle club gang like the hells angels

See how many members we can get to participate and we can give it a shot.  There's a few artists still occupying the forum turf.  I'll give it its own thread and see if we can generate some interest.
