Command and Conquer series...

Post by CompanyScum »

Who else loves these games?

I play Generals Zero Hour for most of the day (sad, I know) and it's too d**m addicting.

The originals made by Westwood; Red Alert and Tiberian Sun are amazing.
Too bad I let a friend borrow it and then "lost" it, the worst part was, it was a box set, Tiberian Sun and the expansion packs, and Red Alert and the expansion packs and it all costs $70.
I loved those games.

As for the never released Renegade 2 (concept art is my sig.) I wish it was finished and released, I loved the first.

And Tiberian Twilight (sequel to Tiberian Sun), we can only hope it will be released.

As we know, Westwood and basically obsolete and EA is breaking up, so who knows what will become of Tiberian Twilight.

Your thoughts about these games?

I've been playing Red Alert 2 like a mad man recently :D I didn't like Command And Conquer: Generals at all really, I liked all the pre-EA games better.

Tiberian Sun and Red Alter 2 for teh win ;)
SUPER HAPPY PINEAPPLE MAN!

PLEASE RESIZE YOUR SIG TO THE CURRENT RULES

I love the expansion a lot more, the problem is just won't install properly on this computer. I played as France every game, I love their Grand Turret.

Ew, Playstation version, it's only good if you have a new computer because the originals won't install in newer computers. I just can't imagine playing a strategic game for the 64 or Playstation or any console.

C&C is class, i ould spend hours on it, but i only ever had the original, yet its one of those games that never really ages, and you can play it for years to come, and it will STILL be class :D

If you're into strategizing, semi-future war, then you're missing out.
Not all of the are all that futuristic, I suppose Generals is modern war, and Red Alert isn't.
