for those who dont know ecw is a now defunct wrestling company that was well known for its extreme and brutal fighting that made wwe look like a junior league in my opinion well since it still has a on going fanbase even after being defunct for 7 years and there is a longing for extreme fighting like they used to have, Well Vince mchman(dont know how to spell it) has decided to bring it back! since he has ownership writes to it, he has decided to put its own hardcore series on sci-fi channel. if anyone is intrested in looking at the full story here is the link.

While that is all well & good, the key statement you made is Vince McMahon has decided to bring back ECW. While some of the old stars will be present, I wouldn't expect much more than a watered down WWE version of ECW.

After all, wasn't Kurt Angle "drafted" by ECW and will now be on that show.
