Shevchenko has done nothing at the world cup and i don't think he can be worth half of that fee. Chelsea should've gone for torres or toni, two much better and younger players. Abromovich isn't bothered tho. He's got more money then sense. I don't know how they got 8 mil for Gudjonnson either.

Sorry bro, but, Shev is a world class player and any player would struggle to look good in the Ukraine team.

I agree that he's a great player but 30 mil for a 30 year old seems overpriced when there are other younger players out there. It seems that when chelsea get out the cheque book teams add a couple of noughts to the fee. It will be interesting to see how he lives up to the hype. Other class players have been rubbish in the premiership. Crespo was a better player for ac milan than he ever was at chelsea. Anyway i'm just bitter cos leeds have another miserable championship season ahead, rubbish.
