Well I am gonna assume you mean king of the ring, and since ken shamrock was one, and he knows martial arts, I am gonna guess it was him.

Its not ken shamrock.  he held the king title before the king of the ring format was a pay per veiw in wwf.

WCW cruiserweight tag team championship belts. Elix skipper and kid romeo beat kidman and rey mysterio to be crowned the first champions. WCW was bought out by WWE and the title was scrapped.
