How about Tony Atlas.  Ibelieve he was the first to beat Hulk Hogan, in a clean and honorable match.
What doyou mean, lets move forward.  Are we gonna start now?

Well, the whole point of this thread was to link a current star, match by match, back through time to Lou Thesz.  (six degrees from Kevin Bacon style)
