just got my tickets the other day to UFC80 its being held in newcastle england which is only an hour south of me.i am totally looking forward to this think it will be awesome plus one of my favourite fighters is headlining the show BJ"THE PRODIGY "PENN he's fighting a tough opponent in joe stevenson should be a tough fight but think he will do the buisness!!anybody else from england going to ufc80 in newcastle then??its on 19th january!

And how about Sokoudjou? A real underdog with 2 fluke fights apparently, this guy has potential. He's got the youthful qualities and physique.
Shame Serra is pulling out, his last fight was a fluke and he claims it was all skill, Matt Hughes even knows it was a fluke, he knew what it was like fighting GSP.
Huerta vs. Guida eh? Whoever wins this should, without a doubt, get a title shot.
Who will Henderson fight? When does Arvloski or Tanner come back? Will Minotuaro fight Sylvia?

i dont know man machida is 1 tough cookie with a perfect 10 aswell but the other cat looks a bit of a handfull huh!
personally i think matt serra is a punk!he goes a round talking trash about every fighter under the sun and talks himself up like he some big shot.he wants to remember why he was on the ultimate fighter in the first place ....cause is ass had been whipped by karo parisyan and was getting another chance to stay in the orginization!i just hate the guy hahaha think i have mentioned this before,i am not to fond of hughes either he's to....how do i put this without offending all you americans(which is not my intention).....he's to ALL AMERICAN if you know what i mean??kinda like the perfect jock that everybody loves but is really a jerk!!thats the impression i get anyway i might be wrong but what do i know huh

More 'n likely it'll be Machida laying on top of "The African Assassin." However, I do believe we'll see the Assassin knock him out in an attempt to take him down, or we'll see his Judo abilities, we haven't seen it yet.
Unbelievable, Serra is a woman. Oh well, we'll see GSP win the rubber match. I'm not a fan of Karo, he's boring and as a result, can't finish a match, thus, he'll never get a shot at the belt.

Due to his constant bickering. I hope Mir breaks something.
79 was good and bad at the same time, I went for the wrong people except for GSP. The decision was horrible in the Liddel and Silva fight, wasn't even split. Not once, I think, was Silva knocked down, everyone needs to stop kissing Liddel's ass, he lost to Keith Jardine. A great fight, regardless.

pretty explosive knockout power this guy has,emmense power in them hands.you can tell that his stand-up is no joke and that he used to box professionally this guy will take a bit of stopping i think!his fight against paul taylor in manchester was good bit this knockout was better!
grove v riveria
well i was over the moon when i seen this on the card as riveria has been a personal favourite of mine for some time now and he didnt disappoint me.he looked in unbelievable shape for this fight,i never seen him look so ripped and at like 35 36 whatever he is thats no easy task.this was a pretty ferocious knock out ,left hands right hand kick the whole 9 yards.grove didnt know what day it was nevermind that he was in england haha.
paul kelly v paul taylor
this was an exceptional fight!!!two guys giving it their all for 3 rounds,they went all in AND some.i was also very proud of them because they are both english and they didnt disappoint the local fans.
BJ PENN V JOE STEVENSON
jesus christ what a bloodbath haha the elbow that bj landed was not that powerfull it was one of those glancing ones that just open the skin right up you know.but from the get go he was like a demon on a mission,and personally i think he will destroy sean sherk aswell who was there at the end dishing out all the usual trash haha.
joe stevenson put up a good fight and he aint no easy fight but at 155lbs bj penn is lethal!!1
all in all a superb night out with good friends would quite happily spend the money again going to see it!the UFC really does put on a good show it way better than i thought it would be!!
also the hangover was well worth it afterwards haha
