Yeah!! I loved that show, I couldn't wait to see when Sam would catch himself in a mirror or window and see his reflection
I happily admit I teared up a bit during the last episode. sometimes sci-fi has marathons of QL, instead of the usual twilight Zone

And the best part about this is that he than Quantum Leap on to Enterprise

All I remember was that he met the controller and then carried on leaping. I think he leapt into Al or something to help Al get back home and then he leapt on and that was that. I remember them panning in on a photograph of Al with his family in the final shot.

For some reason I had always thought Dean Stockwell was James Dean brother, I don't know why.
