My brother just got it, so I haven't watched all of the episodes.

One of the best and most over the top UK comedies ever!
The band you are referring to I believe is Madness.The best episode IMO is the one that features Motohead and where the Boys go on 'University Challenge'Its too bad it didnt run for a few more seasons.

I agree, stormtrooperoflove. That is the best episode with Viv kicking his head along the railroad tracks and Neil's "I'm going to have to wee on Lord Snot's head". Used to be on late at night on MTV in the US...great stuff.

I've only seen it a few times, but I've got a best of Bottom DVD. Hehe, the Christmas special is quite amusing and I particularly like the one where they are trapped on top of the ferris wheel.

I need to watch more episodes, I've only been watching bit parts.

My brother has got both series' from what I've seen it is a very witty show although I do not think it can top Bottom.
A bald alcoholic and a greasy pervert beating each other up is about as funny as it gets.
