Anyone watched this when it was aired?  I really liked this show, but then it got cancelled.

Yeah it was alright.It was on Austar in Australia for a while but not very long.

Well I have to agree with you Scurv, this show looked promising.  I tell you this, I rather watch this show than George Lopez show.

Freaks and Geeks was one of the best shows on TV at that time. Well written, well acted, and well thought out. Unfortunately, it wasn't marketable to the "lowest common denominator", and a lot of people didn't "get" it, so it was cancelled.

It's sad that a great show like that gets the axe, but crap like American Idol, Survivor, and 30 Rock manages to stay on the air.

Too bad a cable station didn't buy the series and try to keep it going. They could have done so much with this show.

But hey, look at them now. Knocked Up, Jason Segel in Slackers, Samm Levine in Club Dredd, John Francis Daley in Waiting, James Franco has appearing in many many movies, Linda Cardellini in Grandmas Boy, and Seth Rogen in a few movies.

A shame, a show wrongly cancled.

Well said. I have to disagree about 30 Rock, though. Something about it is kind of entertaining. AND IT HAS ALEC BALDWIN!
