Broken Trail a western film by Walter Hill premieres tomorrow on AMC. in the The Warriors SE DVD he mentions he was working on a western before he got picked up to do The Warriors I wonder if this is that film?

im currentley watching it. its preety good so far. didint know walter hill directed it ether.

EDIT: after watching it a little more i think this move is great. im looking forward to buying it on dvd 

the timeline is not right---broken trail is a brand new development.
When Walter got called up to do the Warriors---I am betting he was thinking about The Long Riders
which may well be how after working with him, James Remar got a small part in TLR
I could be wrong, but Broken Trail is way too new concept and script to be back from the 70s in my opinion.

Hmmm, it might be interesting, I know the have shown it on tv a couple of times, I just haven't sat and actually watched it!!
