I saw this movie at a drive in and the bad thing about it was I couldn't hear what they were saying so I just waited until it was over. The only thing I knew bout he whole movie was aliens were attacking the world. But then when it came out on DVD I bought it and I learned that when they tried to shoot the people they were actually shooting the aliens down into the ground. Then I understood the movie a lot better.

I didn't understand it either but there was this one part in the movie that explained it all.

Thought this was good but several of my boys was not to impressed. I liked it enough to buy the dvd so will check it again when on sale.

I personaly think that Dakota Fanning is the best child star to come along for years so I liked her acting. Think she will go far.

Yeah the special effects on the big screen made this movie pretty cool, not that cool on tv though!!

No, the aliens came down in the lightning. When the humans were getting killed the aliens where already in their tripod.
