Okay, I saw that The Warriors is listed as 14th most controversial movie in the 'Warriors 1979' forum... But what movie, out of all the ones you've seen, would YOU put at the top? And I'm NOT talking internet movies/clips you sicko's!
To start off, the most controversial movie I've seen would have to be IRREVERSIBLE... It's a French movie that plays the ending first and works up to the beginning. It's genius really, BUT... There were two scenes in particular that really got me. I was angry for days afterwards!

I have it on DVD and I've only watched it twice (as it
SCARRED me), Once alone and secondly with my brother to show him what it was all about. It really did make me sick to my stomach. I won't explain what I saw, but if you ever get the chance, watch it, and then leave it to rot somewhere.
Now, what's your choice?

Nice Topic again LIPPY
About 5 minutes before i made this post i just finished watchin Hotel Rwanda, honestly some of the stuff in that film can realy change a persons attitude towards other people.
Its soo sad watching all the pain and suffering there was through one mans eyes. from the beggining till the end its one of those movies wich makes you think "this cant be true!"
because of the way all the big countries like , Britain, France, USA etc all pulled out and only evacuated the "white people", leaving behind families who got slaughtered in front of each other. theres a screenshot of the scene when they are all "left for dead" below
this movies only a 12 but it has a big impact on people when they watch it.
if you get the chance to watch it i reccomend that you do.

Ken Park, I had to get this movie in Russia, it has been banned from like 16 different countries, specially here in the U.S. If you saw this movie, you would know why!

Twice in the same week, but that was quite a while ago now. I have no desire to watch it again, as it's not hard to remember! Even the noise that plays on the DVD title screen screams "DON'T WATCH ME". It sends shivers down my spine just thinking about it.
I work in CAD, drawing up mostly fire escape plans, and we have a store room round the back that's full of fire extinguishers... Every time I have to go in there I get 'visions'. Creeps me out. (If you've seen the movie, you'll never look at a fire extinguisher in the same way again!)

slc punks! i'm actually convinced the feds followed my brother around virginia for a few weeks to make this movie. the main character looks and acts just like him.and all the friends of the main character are just like niks frineds, same look, same attitude, and im convinced the same endings will come to them. i was really freaked out by that movie.

It would have to be 'Scum' for me. Its about a man, maybe about 20, who gets transfered from a jail that he was 'The Daddy' (ie. The head man), to a jail where he is unknown. He takes a stand against the 'Daddy' and ends up in a war with him and his cronies. Its very violent, but what I thought was controversial was the homosexual rape scene. A boy gets raped in the greenhouse, he cant be more than 17, maybe even 16, but it really got to me.
