Ok we got, Transporter 2, The Great Raid, Godzilla Final Wars, Lord of War, The Man, and Rebound.
I saw Transporter 2 already in theaters, but it's a great movie.
Lord of War was really interesting, but awesome.
And I've yet to see the others.
Yeah, usually my mom goes out to rent movie every Fridays.
So I'll keep this updated.
Your thoughts about these movies?
And for next week, anyone know what movies I should check out?

Well if you liked The Great Raid, try The Big Red One, or Tae Guk Gi: Brotherhood of War (a korean film. Awesome, like saving private ryan but for the korean war)
If you liked Lord of War, try Catch-22, but I recommend you read the book as well. Its a great satire on war. Or Dr. Strangelove. That too.
And I hope you didn't like The Man.
And if she rents so many movies, use this to catch up on the classics, though not everyone may be pleased! Kurosawa films! Melville! other offbeat samurai films! or modern classics like pre-Goodfellas Scorsese films! The early Woody Allen films! Sergio Leone! Bruce Lee!
Other good movies I can remember seeing recently are: Triplets of Belleville (they have a thread for it now), Four Brothers, Ong-bak, and...I can't think of any more at this moment.

Yeah, Lord of War is great, and I'll check that movie out, as well as the book, if it has to do with war, I dig it.
I didn't even bother watching The Man, so yeah.
Ah yes, I love samurai flicks, but out blockbuster and stuff really lack in foreign movies, so there's a problem.
But there are plenty of Classics!
I heard Four Brothers was good, I'll check it out Friday. And man, Ong-Bak is so unbelievably amazing, my entire family was in "awe"
