It wouldn't mean much to the story but, I think it might be cool to have it set in Haddonfeild NJ. That way it would only be about a town away from where I live. I dought that they would do that though.

Ive just read on the net that Rob Zombie will NOT be having the halloween theme music in his remake.  Not the best decision ive ever heard.

Well rob Zombie did say, that hes going into more of Micheal Myers past, where he actually talks more.  So rather then just simply being a stunt man behind a mask, you will see the rue character.  Its not as one dimensional, and the killings are not as random, there more for specific reasons.  I heard you might even be more sympathetic with him, making the movie more complex.

Being a big horror movie fan i'm actually quite looking forward to seeing this movie even though its another REMAKE Should be quite sick & twisted if Rob Zombie has anything to do with it.
Also just wondered is there a confirmed release date for the movie ??

Robs in the process of rewritting the script since it got a bad reaction when it was posted online. The latest ive heard is that the theme music WILL be included and michael will no longer speak after killing each victim.  Check out aintitcoolnews.com for updates.

It was supposed to show why Micheal killed his sister when he was 6. The movie was one of my favourites in the series.

I think it looks way more scary than the old one. But that is because for the mask, they just spray painted a star trek mask white.

Remember 3 was the one about the Silver Shamrock cyborgs. It didn't have anything to do with the story.

Except if you think that he killed his sister because of the mask?
