That's what Em is saying!warlord jp wrote:I really dont get why people are getting upset at this new rocky movie, true fans should be glad there is one last one. The reason stallone made it is because he wasnt satisfy with the ending of rocky 5, he wanted to put more emotion, and depth in the warapping off the series, which i think he did perfectlyemissary wrote: I think Rocky Balboa should have been Rocky V and what we know of as Rocky V should not exist.

yeah I remember seeing Airplane 2. Apparantly it was a joke that still follows till this day. If I recall, I believe it said Rock 38 in Roman numerals. That picture of him as an old man was hilarious.

I think its that whole honorable approach to boxing that makes you feel that you can do the impossible. When you box, its just you and your opponent. The world around you stops, theres no countries, no wars, no bickering over insignificant stuff. Theres just two people in the heat of battle, using all their abilities to overcome their obstacles. Each fighter with different nationalities, and reasons of fighting come together to achieve that inner essence and aura that is within themselves. Whether it to defeat your own demons, or the thrill of the event, each fighter as their own passion, to fight which is only theirs. Its a feeling that only the fighter can know and explain.

I've heard he's gonna fight the Devil in Rocky 13. After losing a split decision to the Grim Reaper, Rocky's sent to hell for making Rocky 5. But he's having none of it.
