tony scott isnt making new gangs. he's using bloods, crips, 18th street boys, and a bunch of other real l.a. gangs. and it's gonna be like a war movie rather than a gang movie. insted of 9 warriors, there'll be 1000. and same with all the hother gangs. he said it'll be more like kingdom of heaven than the warriors. he said all this in an interview.

I think my friend told me over the phone that it would be realeased sometime in September but I think he was lying.

I got some names try the Crips, Bloods. Suertes, Nuertos, 18th street gang, Latin Kings, The dragon gang! :doubt: Heck why don't they add Grove ST Families, The Ballas, The Vagos and the Azteccas from San Andreas

wouldn't it be a bit risky to use real gangs i know that the film makers would probably pay the gangs but still

the origional movie used actual gangs for the conclave, and a few of their trailors were "protected" for a small fee. so i think it is pretty risky.
