how will it work we all no that it is not a remake
but they can't rip the orignal to shreds
cowboy might be little c and were a beanie or he might just be jonathan we don't know
they have got to keep the things realatively the same thoe
or it wont work so if they keep small things the same like the new cowboy wereing a hat and being called little c it might just work
your thoughts on any of the charters?

No one's anwsering thats because it properly wont work. I'll still watch but it wont be as good as the warriors 1979 version

if you read the site or the interview on the mtv site, tony scott is replacing all the warriors. there will be no swa, ajax, cowboy*shudders*, cochise, snow, or anyone else. and there will also be no furies, hi-hats, punks, or orphans or any of those gangs. and they wont take 9 dudes to the meeting, they will take 1 thousand guys.......no answer this......HOW THE HELL WILL THAT WORK? yet again, i still say i'll be throwing rocks at anyone who says its better than the origional, as they leave the theater.

I hope its better than the original, thats for sure.

How can anyone think it could ever be half as good as the original? It'll be rubbish in comparison, all remakes/updates are. If you're holding out for it to be better you're in for a shock.

come on lay off him he just he was hoping, he could mean like the special effects and stuff they have these days.

i love the original and i hope the new one is better alot of remakes arnt but still it might be the best film any of you have seen or a bucket of SH... you dont kwon so dont say it defanately will be worse it might not be how do you kwon yet and any way if it is better that doesnt mean i'll suddenly hate the older one

Just curious but was there ever a press release that said they were actually even trying to have 2006 gang members replace their 1979 counterparts?  I don't think that is the plan.
