I would cast Heath Ledger (Two Hands) as Swan and Cliff Curtis (Once Were Warriors, Whale Rider) as Cyrus. And have RZA compose a bopping instrumental for the opening where the gangs march to their destination.

I'm not sure if big names are going to be put in this movie. It's hard to cast people but how about that girl Mila Kutis from that 70's show as Mercy.

Like the original, I would like to see a cast of unknowns once again. It will give little known talent an opportunity to be seen, and it may also give a more equal focus on each member. If there are one or two big name stars, the film will be centered around them and not really the entire group.

Cyrus: Samuel L. Jackson or Ice-T (I've seen Ice-T pull it off in the Fight Music video, Samuel should win the part though.)
Mercy: Michelle Rodriguez (Hasn't done alot, but you still no her. Tough Girl, definently a good pick)
Cleon: Method Man (I heard he was in the movie. I hope this is his character or Masai)
I gotta think about the others. I'd rather see some semi-famous folks that have experience. Unlike the first, where upon further looking up The DJ(Lynne Thigpen (R.I.P)), Luther (David Patrick Kelly), Ajax (James Remar), Rembrandt (Marcelino Sanchez (R.I.P)), and Mercy (Deborah Van Valkenburgh) have seen any such thing that can relatively be called success. I want to see new breed of warriors to actually get somewhere, if anybody happens to know where I'm coming from.
