LMAO...It looks like production is getting pushed back a bit. Perhaps they
are having problems getting all of those actual gang members to play nice
with each other. Happy St. Patrick's day to all! I will drink 1 Guiness with a
shot of Bushmill's for each delegate!

its really annoying i keep hearing this nonsense about a remake which is not in fact a remake but someone using the name "The Warriors"
why would you take such a great classic, that is supposed to have a comic book feel to it, and turn it into a stupid movie about some lame gangs in LA, no one wants to see that crap if we did we'd watch cops or gangland, and further more the warriors is supposed to be based in NY NOT cali.
i think he will fail miserably at trying to top Walter Hill's version. Nothing will compare to the original.
i hope there is no remake but who knows, imdb says there is, but idk.

They shouldn't make it at all. What's the point of doing the remake, it won't be as nearly as good as the original one. If they wanna do a movie, then they should do something authentic, and not something that's been done before.

Scott's next flick is Potsdamer Platz, a mob movie starring Mickey Rourke, Jason Statham, and Javier Bardam. I don't think they have a script for the Warriors yet, so there is NO way they have actors signed for a film that doesn't exist. They would have to start filming soon even for a 2011 film. Most of the 2011 films ( Capt. America, Scream 4, Pirates 4, Green Lantern) have already began filming or will this summer. There is outrage (and not just with us fans) towards this flick and I see them having trouble making this. Just my 2 cents.

Mickey Rourke, Jason Statham, and Javier Bardam.
Now that's just a trinity of bada$$ness right there. I will definitely check
out this flick.

Sincerely I don't care so much about this remake (if we can call it remake). I'm just very curious to see what they'll do, the gangs in it and stuff. I believe it will probably be a shit, but I don't care, because even if they do a bullshit of a movie, they cannot never erase the original movie which will remain in the history of cinema until the world will be swallowed by the sun..

For the life of me, based on the syntax, i can't figure out what "bad word" would fit here!
