Exactly, alot of movies reflect their times. Take my fav movie for example- Back to the Future (don't laugh). There is a very funny scene when Marty is in the cafe in 1955. He asks the guy for a Tab (which was around in 1985) and the guy says he can't give him a Tab unless he pays for something. Then Marty asks him for a Pepsi Free ( also a popular drink in 1985) which the guy tells him if he wants a Pepsi he's gonna have to pay for it. I laugh every time I watch that scene.
Noe that scene just wouldn't work if they ever remade that movie.

BEST EVER REMAKE
ya i know eh, but remakes are just as bad as sequels, have you ver picked up a great movie and later see it ruined becasue they made a sequel that didtn quite live up to th original. like blade, it was great but then when i got blade trinity the other day it had too many jokes and it hurt me inside lol. and like friday the 13th got ruined by jason x aka the worst movie in the world
