Titanic remake was garbage, it was romeo and juliet on a boat, and night of the living dead was the most talked about film for its era, the remake had nothing new to offer
As for knoxville being called the best actor of today all i can say is Men in Black 2 was not an example of great acting abilities

Some remakes are better but they are usually only better if you havent seen the original. im sure millions of people will like war of the worlds and im sure only a very small percentage of those will have seen the original from 1950's.
