The Warriors (2010)

Post by The Swan »

I was just searching for some news. Check this: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0423512/
IMDb changed The Warriors Remake (Probable Year) Release Date: 2010.
What do they really know? :D
Maybe War Chief should do the same. In this Section, from The Warriors (2008) to The warriors (2010). ;) :D 8)

The IMDB can be edited by anyone, like Wikipedia. I wouldn't put too much stock in it.

The release date went from 2006 to 2008 to 2010. I still highly doubt it'll ever come out.

I didn't mean it's an Official Info, just an IMDb (yeah... by someone) update. Funny indeed... so, will they really make (remake) it? ::)

I agree, I bet the supposed director will simply put off the project, supposing that he will do it after he finished something else. I don't really see why directors announce something such as a warriors remake in 2008 if they have a thought in their mind that something else might come up.  :?:

I was wondering: maybe, if Walter Hill made the Remake, yeah it would be at least Passable... but I'm sure he doesn't even think about it... no, but that, again MAYBE, would be the Best "Way Out"!!! 8)

That would be great! if walter hill made the new movie, as a remake!
That way all warriors fans would be happy as its not some cheap-o director trying to hit the big-time by remaking a classic movie!!
Great idea The Swan!!  ;)

This is an excellent idea....but keep in mind, it was never going to be a 'cheap-o' director, it was rumored to be Tony Scott, who in my mind is a great director, having done 'Domino' and 'Man on Fire', both really successful films plus many others. But this is still a great idea, and obviously Walter Hill would do a great job, especially when he is remaking his own movie. Nice work :)
