As far as I'm aware, Miramax's deal with Paramount didn't involve making films that were licenced to Paramount. The only Warriors pitch that I know of around that time period was the 2002 announcement that fell through, which was Wesley Snipes as a bike gang leader, framed for murder and making his way back to NY.
You can buy these vests brand new direct from the company for $165. They're currently making a new patch design.
