Cleon's got nunchuks! I wish he'd had them in the film, then maybe he could've taken out the Riffs as well as the Rogues and hauled ass outta there.

I would have preferred serious sculpts but I will be buying them regardless and going against the grain of other figures I collect and opening these babies up to have on display. I get the feeling with the Furies if I want a whole gang I will probably have to customise what they release.

Saw an ad for them in VIBE magazine, they had the figure of Cochise. Can't wait to get mine!

I just found the thread that tells me what I was asking on this post in the first place-about release dates/where?

Does anyone know how big these figs. are? For 19.99-they should be a foot tall or so---and not the smaller sizes. But after the Ninja Turtle and GI JOe crazes at my place---I don't know if I need Warriors sitting around. Does anyone think they may accrue in value if NOT unboxed or played with???

I think they are a kill to look at---Wouldn't mind having the Swan one, though I haven't a clue as to what I would do with it, or where I would put it.
I still have most of my Son's GI joes in various sizes--I don't know what to do with them either.

Ranchgal, it is almost impossible for action figures to increase in value since the Star Wars figure fiasco started in the late 90's. EBAY & the release of the Prequal Trilogy drove the price of old action figures through the roof.
The only reason you see high prices on EBAY for new figures now is because scalpers sell them at inflated prices to idiots that can't wait a couple of weeks for them to hit toy stores or are just too lazy to try and find them.

The original figures from the 70's are so expensive because when we were kids we actually took the toys out of the package and played with them.

If anything, I think the opposite will happen. After a few months of sitting on shelves they will be marked down to around 5 bucks.

Yes, I hear that---I used to collect Breyer horses, and then they came out with some blue sparkley ones, and I never bought any of them because they were so unrealistic---now those are worth hundreds if you are in the right place at the right time--and my old ones are still somewhat valued, as I could probably sell most of them for more than was paid for, way back when,-but now collectors want the boxes and NEW condition-but I played with them too-scars and chips and all!! LOL You can't tell about some stuff.

If I only knew then what I know now,

I swear I could of been a millionaire. I was somewhat spoiled as a child, being the only child in a large family with lots of aunts & uncles and we had money. I pretty much got any toys I wanted.

Action figures - I had 'em all: ALL the Star Wars figures, the Mego superheroes & planet of the apes, Big Jim, Six Million Dollar Man, GI Joes,
Micronaughts, those 3 ft tall shogun warriors.

Not to mention all the comic books & baseball cards too. I guess thats the price you pay for enjoying your childhood. :)

I can't believe how much comic books are worth, not to mention baseball cards!! GOODNESS!!

My son was crazy for military stuff, and I had one old comic book of the OLD Sargent Fury--it was his very favorite---and so when I went to the city again, I went to one of those comic book/card stores----and looked for some Sgt. Fury comics---DEEP BREATH---I about passed out with what they wanted for them.

I did end up buying a couple I thought were NOT reasonable, but better than most---and he did love them to death---I told him to keep them in the plastic when he wasn't reading them--we may have to sell them later!! LOL

some of this stuff has gone totally off the deep end---ridiculous!!
