whats the story behind this one ? is it some kind of chase figure ?

the mezco series 1 dirty version with dirt on the uniform is easy to find. the clean version is impossible to find. then theres an toy2r mc evil ape orange version fury thats a chase figure

And technically, there is no orange faced fury in the movie. It's a light red (The actor who played him says it's red as well). Also the figure has the eye patch on the wrong side of the face.
(I'm in a picking fault mood. Think it has something to do with going back to work after a 2 week break).
I've never seen the clean orange fury to buy.
