A look at the new packaging
Re: A look at the new packaging
Even if I Like Prefer The War Bird, I've to say The Death Head (Hell's Angels Logo Name) is not Too Bad. It comes from The II World War. From One of the Most Famous USAF Squadron. Etc... I made a research about The War Bird and The H'sA (posted, but i don't rem now where) some months ago, but I don't want to post any link cause, believe me, it's just a "ticklish". Anyway, search Hell's Angels by Google and... California-San Bernardino, Sonny Barger, Real MC Gang... and all the rest...
Oh, an advise: see the Movie, with Jack Nicholson, "Hell's Angels On Wheels". It's just worth it!!!
Now, in order to Them Paramount, when The Warriors "Came Out", made like one of you guys already said. i.e.: "altered it and the colors enough to squeeze by the copyright".
So, They don't just think The War Bird and The Death Head are different... They think "someone" just stole their Logo.
Ask Them about that, also today after 30 Years... but believe me, it's better you don't!!! ::) 8)

Re: A look at the new packaging
Angels lettering is supposed to be bone, where as warriors lettering is based on the old western style that you see on wanted posters. At least the rocker hasnt been changed on the figure. The flaming snake roughly keeps the same shape, so it shouldnt be hard to convert. Not that it will be seen as it will be backed against a wall when displayed.
With the last line of figures being an inch taller, will the heads look too big if say a cleon head was placed on this second line of figures?
What im really hoping for with this new line.... a warriors episode of robot chicken. 8)

Re: A look at the new packaging
LIER ONE, don't apologize for the wrong link, I am glad you posted it, because I didn't know about the comic book, which sounds awesome! So thanks for posting the wrong link.
Luther, the packaging opens like a book. In the left hand side the figure's extra hands, accessories and display stand are housed. The figure is packaged in the right side.
Found this photo in an eBay auction listing...

Ninth Delegate, yes, the head will look larger, and I don't think it would pop on without some modification. A Warriors Robot Chicken would be so freakin' cool!

Re: A look at the new packaging
swan_jax, you mean the regular releases? My guess is somewhere between $25 and $40. No definite word yet. If you mean the SDCC exclusive red Furies, see my answer below.
LIER ONE, that photo is from an ended listing. There have been quite a few of the red Furies on eBay since the SDCC began. They have been selling between $130 and $160. Just keep looking everyday. Search for terms like...
SDCC Warriors
SDCC Fury
Mezco Warriors
SDCC Mezco
My advice to anyone willing to pay secondary market prices on this figure, is do so NOW. His value will only rise, what with only 200 made, just like with the blue Fury from the last line.

Re: A look at the new packaging
yeah!! I think your right king of nyc, I'm hoping I can get them in a shop like I did for most of the first series figures. still wondering how much they will cost. I will probally try and get all 5 figures at once in case I miss out on getting any off them. better keep saving
Re: A look at the new packaging
Well I am impressed with the package but the figures are kinda lame in my opinion.
