hey boppers i found cheap cleon figure a on ebay and want customise him to a snow does any1 no wat i could use to mould the afro onto him

The best thing I could suggest is a product called Super Sculpey here's a site or two so you can see for yourself:

When I used to regularly read Wizard Magazine, I saw a lot of people who customized action figures swear by this.  Hope this is some help.
