Do you think some gangs just went cause they heard about it besides being invited? I mean I seriuosly doubt they had to present an invitation to enter the conclave.

Yeah, i think the Riffs would of just told someone to spread the word and after time a certain amout of gangs heard about it.
And because Cyrus wanted to have all the gangs in a truce, you wouldnt need to present an invatation becasue that way everyone will know about the truce and be there. (if you get what i mean

)

i think all the gangs would have been invited on the riffs network, unlike gangs like the orphans who no one cares about lol.

I think Cyrus has invited only the gangs from his network(something like that was also suggested in the game),but since the big meeting like that can't stay a secret,I bet some of the 'smaller' gangs went there as well,or at least sent few of their members who were peeping from behind.

Well I think Cyrus invited all the gangs ( unlike orphans and similar), and clearly nobody had an invitation!!!
I also think W. Hill wanted we to see that particular... in fact if you check the trailer (or the conclave scene), you can find out all the gangs from the original movie script list.
I mean, and that's only my opinion, I saw a guy with a black hand on a white shirt... "The Black Hands", and I suppose there is al least one man from every different gang... anyway it's not easy to recognize every gang uniform( well, less famous gangs uniforms!) 8)

This is a good question, because its actually hard to say. I mean Cleon does start the film off saying "Cyrus sent an emissary this afternoon:, thus indicating that you hadto be invited. It sounds as if the Riffs were pretty strict on who would come. My guess is that whether a gan ad huge popularity or not, they still had to do atleast one special things in their lives to be noticed and looked apon. Thus the Riffs have a disciplined policy on who will be there or not.
On the other hand, Luther managed to sneak a gun in "some how", without the Riffs noticing, so maybe the word did leak out, and since it was easy to sneak a gun in, maybe smaller cliques snuck in. It was just the Orphans own stupidity that they din't know. Maybe they should have better scouts. So maybe there were some uninvited wannabe gangs that luckily got in, but perhaps it wa sonly a few.

probably the orphans might not have had a radio to hear about it, maybe it wasnt on the radio because of the cops and uwanted gangs. so yes makes sense for the emissary from the riffs, i think a few gangs would have had a word of mouth and decided to see what was going down because they wanted in aswell.
