Ye guys I searched4 and I didn't find anything about!
Well I believe our woman is a gang's member cause she doesn't only work during that night.
She's anger and her way of speakink, show it! Even if she wants to look like quite!
It wouldn't be strange if she was ranked, 4 istance, Riffs or anyelse gang...I know we didn't see women ranked Riffs...anyway what do you think about? :?:   8)

I think she might of been part of the Riffs, but in a more obscured sense of the word.

She may or may not have been a gang member.  But, she definitely had contacts with at least the Riffs gang.  She was broadcasting into to all of the gangs in the city while searching for Cyrus's killer.  The Riffs mention "send the word" in one of their gatherings - referring to contacting the radio station to communicate to the other gangs looking for the Warriors.

She wasn't a Riff per se.  In the Warriors world, gangs weren't like that.  I know the real world is different.  But, chicks could be in chick gangs only.  The DJ was friendly with the Riffs but not in.

This is something I've been thinking about for a while. Possibly she was Masai or even Cyrus' girl friend? Also I have come up with a theory for how she was on the air without the cops knowing. Maybe it was a Pirate radio show, that the cops didn't know about.

Well, I always just simply saw her as a messanger.  You  see the Riffs influence must reach to infinity.  Normally gangs, with huge power, have other people on the outside to do their bidding.  For all we know they could have gottan other DJ's to do that, but perhaps she was the most popular, and had such a compelling voice they just merely put her to work.  I wouldn't say she is a gang member, but just a civilian who is could with communication.  Someone with a voice that people are attracted to, and know is always there. Who knows maybe she's been around for a long time, and the Riffs asked her to work for them, and perhaps she turned them down.  Maybe they realized she had a gift for speaking, so rather than force her to join, they use her on special occations like these.  So maybe she stands alone, and the Riffs no how special she can be.

I don't think she is a gang member. That radio station is definitely a pirate one and maybe the Riffs, for being the biggest gang in the city, have a certain control over it. Besides, Cyrus death (the way it was) was so revolting that maybe she was looking for justice too.

Hey Wargod, that was pretty clever, G1  :)

An organization like the Riff's is going to have connections on alot of
different levels. They are more like what the Black Panthers were,
than just a simple street gang. It would be an easy task to recruit
that lady for thier needs. She is probally from around thier hood, and
is one type of person that they mean when they mention "affiliates".

Where's a rimshot when you need it? *badum-ching!* Ah, there it is.

I think she's just a neutral and the Riffs pay her to broadcast, maybe?

Isn't speculation FUN!?
