Hey everyone. I found an area today in Riverside Park that MAY have been the place in Riverside Park where the conclave scene was filmed. We walked from 72nd street to 104th Street. I Got a lot of shots that we already have here, which I may or may not post (since we already have them), and I found a scene that could have been the conclave, which I will post when I get home.

For those of you in NYC, it was in Riverside Park in an area called Dinosaur Playground - I think it was somewhere around 97th Street. It has changed quite a bit - lots of plastic play equipment now, but some of the perimeter areas look kind of like the movie. 30 years can chage a lot.

Is this where the scene was shot (if that can be known before I post the pictures)?

Going to Coney tomorrow, and will report on that experience too.

Hey Scurvy Dog...

you're right...the Conclave was filmed in that small area on 97street and Riverside Park but I don't think it was called Dinosaur Playground...and why did you walk all that much? were you trying to find it? I hope you had good walking shoes because that is ALOT of walking...its almost about the same amount I had to do in the Scavenger hunt last August...but it would be nice to see the pictures you took even though most of us know of these locations...just to get your intake of the trip...

I believe Dinosaur Playground is further down (probably somewhere around 91street) to where the Conclave was filmed...
