Do you think that each borough perhaps has a spiritual calling, or symbolic meaning that draws the gangs. I know its obvious that, whoever lives on that home turf belongs to that gang. But I always thought about the meaning of each borough. For instance, being that the mightiest gang The Riffs, live in (Manhattan), perhaps being that Manhattan is the busiest, and is that city that never sleeps, it makes it the perfect spot for the Riffs to be the king of the jungles. (Brooklyn) always seemed to be like a tuff little underdog. Because its the farthest away from Manhattan, but yet has its own recognition. Maybe that why Waler Hill, picked Brooklyn, because its the farthest from Manhattan, and the Bronx, and Coney Island, the last stop in Brooklyn. Maybe it was meant to have that long adventurous journey, back to the promise land. Does anyone have any more takes, on the aura of all 5 boroughs. Maybes theres a connection amongst
