how did they run so well on the concrete paths with their studded boots?anybody else would have slipped flat on their face or rear.surely it must have been like running on ice with hardly any tread on your shoes.

My son has a pair of rubber cleated baseball shoes--sort of like soccer shoes.
And he has studded addidas track shoes. So it could work.

Ahhhhh, The Furies, better know as the Bad News Bears, cool clothing, baaad fighters, fast runners, baaad swingers. Who tought these guys how to fight? a drunken Walther Matthau?. I thought they were going to beat Ajax like a pinata, but I guess it just can't be done. The only thing that can beat Ajax is a woman sitting on a bench at the park, man, haven't we all fallen for that one. I thought the Furie with the neon green avocado face was really going to get him, I mean the guy ran the fastest of his bunch, not only that, he looked like he had hammered himself to that face color the night before (probably with Walter Matthau), so you figured he had that drunken rage, but again, I guess our boy Ajax proof tougher. As far as the shoes, you are right! they are Nike's, I still have mine from when I was a kid, the bottom is just like Converse bottoms, plastic and flat.

lol so true, good old ajax, as tought as nails but got caught off guard and screwed himself up. he would have only got a couple months for what he did but he went out swinging, unfortunatly it was on a cop and now hes got more time.

i would think that since they are the BASEBALL Furies (probably angry baseball player but they are still awesome), they would be wearing baseball cleets.

i would think that being from ENGLAND i dont know much about BASEBALL as it aint that big over here DO YOU CATCH MY DRIFT.
