If you were the Warchief for your gang think about this Clearly now.
Would you risk their lives to head to a meeting with gangs from all over the city with the possiblity of bad blood rivarly going on at this meeting?

I almost think YES you would have had to go!!
With invitations issued and truces set up, I don't see how you could not go and still keep your rep. If you didn't show, it would look like you were scared-and punked out on the scene--When you get an invitation to parlay with the biggest gang in the city---exactly how does one say NO--I don't want to leave the safety of MY TURF???

Sure, I'd go. As War Chief, you'd want to test the strength of your gang and see how they'd cope away from home, especially if they've never left their turf before. And it'd be a chance to show off your colours and stand proud as a family. Plus it'd be one helluva night!

if you are invited to a meeting of all the top gangs you gotta go there is no way that you could live it down if you dont show you have to represent youre territory

Of course I'd go!!! I'd rather go and risk the possibility of a big-time brawl than not go, feel all safe and comfy back home, and have my gang look like wussies!

I'd go if we were chosen but with truce of course. Representing your gang and colors on that place is the best thing earning more rep by the others.
