How come The Warriors got blamed for shooting Cyrus even though the was about 50 guys around Luther! At least one of them would of shouted "IT WAS THE ROGUES!" or something like that...
Another thing that puzzles me is at the meeting there are about 1000 gang members there and when there's a gunshot they run a mile but after the meeting their out for The Warriors blood! I mean they could still have a gun!
Yeah thats a good question. Probley becasue the other gangs where focused on Cyrus and cheering. And the fox was a scout which he had a good eye site. thats what i think though.

Hey so were we![/color]
You have a very good point and I´ve thought about that aswell. But I think that we also have to remember that there were infact 50 guys around Luther and they were all from different gangs and many of the gangs were rivals. Maybe you had to keep an eye open on your rivlas...I know it was supposed to be a truce but still... And if we add that many of the gangs were looking and cheering during Cyrus speech and the fact that Luther noticed the Fox I think we may have an answer to why no one else saw Luther when he fired off his gun.
BUT I have to admit that my points seems a bit unlikely but it´s just a try to explain the course of action in the movie.

Everyone was focused on Cyrus. They were cheering wildly as he raised his arms. All eyes were on him. Then the shot rings out. There would have been a moment of total shock, and by the time people looked to where the shot seemed to come from, the stampede had already started. No doubt some of the people standing by the rogues saw luther do it, but when the panic started they just wanted to get the hell outta there.

As far as the gun, you have to buy into Luther's gun being the only gun in the city(besides the Lizzies . It works better. When he points that gun at Swan, fires, misses, and then the Riffs chime in...that's so much better than the Warriors pulling out guns and the Rogues all having guns and then all the Riffs have Uzis. That's a different universe.

"When we see the ocean we figure we're home, we're safe."
Thank you, Emissary, for describing the ending of the remake.
I kid. Anyways, I would have to say that Luther chose The Warriors to blame, because he noticed the Fox saw him. And if it comes to it, it would be Luther's word against the Warriors' word. So he figures he's covered.
And also, everyone was focused on Cyrus at the time of the shooting, and then the lights popped on, and everyone was in confusion. Everyone was more worried about getting the hell out in one piece than who shot Cyrus.
If someone else saw Luther shoot Cyrus, we would never have had an awesome film.
And I agree with an earlier point. They were focused on Cyrus and if Luther was in the middle of his 8 Rogues, he would have been partially obscured from the others. Although a Riff should have seen the shot since they were watching the crowd.

Ah, but someone else DID see who shot Cyrus... the guy that ultimately saved the Warriors backsides .
I wonder if Swan and co. ever enquired further into how the Riffs 'found who they were lookin' for'... :doubt:. Nah, they probably wanted to forget the whole thing...
Well if i was at the conclave when Cyrus got shot. And i saw who shot him... i don't think i would stick around to say who it was, not with all the police there, they might shoot back.
If i was in a gang i would just think Cyrus was being stupid, forming one big gang (wheres the fun in that?)
So I would'nt realy care who shot him, and odds are most of those gangs hate each other so they might want see the warriors get wrecked..
haha, i think i've answered this before but heres the simple answer to why no one saw luther....
the movie would've been 15 minutes long. :p
it doesn't matter if its a TV show, a movie, or a broadway play, theres always something that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever for sake of having a story.
i mean, i still haven't figure out how luther missed swan at the beach with a gun, while ninja dragon swan-san threw a knife at him and got him right in his shooting hand!
Well like I said previously, it may sound funny, but i always thought Cyrus had such a great energy level about him, that everyone became one unified soul. This man was so mystical, that he was able to put the strongest person in a trance. Its like Cyrus was a messenger sent from God to bring upon some form of enlightenment, so everyone was drawn to this great light, that everything around them did not exist. Its as if they were in a meditated state, and their minds focused on one object, and it was only the light. So when Cyrus was shot they broke out of this magical trance, and God probably woken up somebodies eye so they can see what happened like Fox and the witness. The lord works in mysterious ways, and things happen for a reason. If The Warriors did not go on that journey of theirs, they probably would not learn the morals of each individuals destiny. So even if the journey was weird and unfortunate, the universe tends to unfold into answers, and gives you the reason why these things happen.
at the meeting if you would have shot out "IT WAS THE ROGUES!!!" dont you think the rouges would have been looking for YOU :-$ and not the warriors....
and that everyone is running away is because the cops arrive...
