I used search and did not find anything. I was watching the movie earlyer today and wondered why the bus could not catch the Warriors,i have seen slow busses but none are that slow. What are your guys opinions?

It was slow because its a movie. But, you probably dont want that answer.

Maybe it was an a) slow bus b) they didnt want anyone to fall off, or c) a combo of both.

I don't know, but I think any bus that looked that old, and had about 50 people on it wouldn't go too fast. 

'Sup Snow4. The Riffs wanted the Warriors alive so I think the Turnbulls drove slow on purpose. If the Riffs found out the A.C.s killed the Warriors unneccasarily, they would've probably came down on them. That's just what I think!

And then when they catch up to ajax they drive by him.........In order to catch him you need to stop the bus

I always thought that bus was incredibly slow.  I mean, if it's that slow, the turnbulls woulda been better off just standing and waiting at the station.  During the chase, it seems to close in on the warriors, then in the next shot its much farther away, although this is common in a lot of movies.  And yeah, the driver probably coulda hit the brakes a little earlier.

Nobody ever said the turnbulls were smart, those lousy skinheaded fux.
