I think that i got half wrong nut could be wrong.

The Fury with yellow face paint and black eye is the leader, but the Furies don't have a warchief rank., as far as anyone knows.

War chief is the supreme leader of the warriors, warlord seems like a temporary title for a mission such as the one they were on.
