This has always bugged me - who is the person who gives up Luther to the riffs?

His facial features look like he could be related to Luther (possibly the guy on the phone he talks to throughout the movie).

Any help would be appreciated.

I dont know who he is but the gangs wrere packed in so tightly at the conclave if one guy saw him then 10 must've.

all i know is he was called "the eye" if im not mistake...he even had a tattoo of an eyeball on his throat.

He's just a guy who saw what happened.

Probably took him a while to get to Gramecy from the Bronx.

No charecter was called The Eye.

my mistkae. i remember seeing something saying his name was the eye or the eye witness.

it confused me too because he almost looked like a rogue himself, but that couldn't have been right. snitches get stitches.

i would say that he was just a random, saw what happened and finally built up the courage to tell the truth.

Who knows in which gang he is... In my opinion he was probably a gang's scout.
