Cleon wasn't arrested, Cleon was wasted by the Riffs Ajax was arrested.

yeah, he wasnt arrested he was probably killed. but then if he was alive swan wouldnt be warchief and he wouldnt wouldnt be leader. the story would have been way different though.

if Cleon had survived it would be different
Cleon seemed to have more authority and might have been able to control Ajax in the park

well just having him arrested would have changed the story right there. besides it would have een different , but not to the point that abouslotly everything changes

If Cleon would have been around for the movie, I think it would have turned out differently. Fox would have been the only casualty. Since Cleon was gone, Ajax saw that as his chance to cut up. He never would have gone after the chick in the park if Cleon were there.
