vermin takes a bullet

I'm sure everyone knows by now that Vermin was scripted to be killed by the Lizzies, and then was changed. However, when Cochise and Rembrandt bust throught the door of the Lizzies pad in their escape, Vermin was the last one out and as he was running from the door, immediately following that Lizzie's final gunshot, which obviously went through the front wall of the building, you could see him stumble, grab his head, and even a faint "ugh" is audible. Bad editing, I suppose, but I thought it kind of funny.

"The Lizzies" seems to be a part of the movie that had pieces changed.  One thing that everybody knows about is Vermin walking around the pool table when he's supposed to be on the couch.  Also, in the trailer, there is a bit of Lizzie fight that is not in the movie.  I don't know for sure that there was a change but it could be argued.  I wonder what order things were shot in.  If they shot a Lizzie scene before the Thomas Waites fallout, then I would be totally convinced that they redid some of that scene.

If you look at it, what happens is Vermin(or actually Vermin's stuntman), takes some shrapnel in the face when they rigged a little charge in the wall to blow.

the bullet from the lizzies gun may have grazed his ear so he felt it hence you see his hands go up to the sides of his head.

however if he was grazed there would have been signs of cordite burns or charred skin.

Yeah i always noticed this. I thought that he might have been shot the 1st time i saw it but really i think it was just instinct to grab his head when he heard a gunshot.

I never thought about that actually, or notticed it :D Thinking about this really makes me want to see all the things that were cut out due to Thomas Waites' leaving.

I thought he was just taking cover, so he wouldn't get hit in the head.

And I agree with BaseballFury100, that would've sucked if he was killed.

Yeah, I'm glad too that he wasn't killed off. I thought he provided a lot of humor.
