...That he leader of the Punks was also in another gang? At the begining of the movie, when you see other gangs traveling around the different stations, there is a gang wearing black tank-tops and silver medalions. The Punks leader is one of the members in the front.

Yea I don't think they're the same guy either. But that guy in front is hilarious, he walks all tough with his arms out far like he's saying to himself, "yeah, that's right, I'm bad, I'm bad." The one High Hat when you first see them with the expression on his face like he actually does want to kick some ass is scarier looking LOL.
