Probably because it didn't really matter at the time. Everyone knew that Cyrus got shot but who shot him wasn't important. It only became important when they found out that they (The Warriors) were accused of killing Cyrus, by which time Fox was already dead.

The one and only!

Fox may have told Swan. At the end of the film, Swan asks Luther "Why did you do it, why did you waste Cyrus?" How would Swan have known that if someone had not told him? Afterall, Fox had died, and some gang member finally told the Riffs who actually shot their fallen leader. Just a thought.

Sometimes I wonder myself. One would figure that Fox would have at least spoken up, the matter was a very important one. Fox seemed to be very intelligent; hmmmm go figure huh!Cochise wrote:No, but why didn't Fox tell Swan before he died is the question!

That could be true as well, although there were no sounds coming from the bathroom, one could assume that speaking was kept to a whisper. Afterall the punks were right outside waiting to waste them.BlaX wrote:nope, its the Lizzies remember the line they say. "So your the guys who killed Cyrus".
And in the extra scene in the bathroom, they tell Swan so thats how he knows

Actually, I thought about this and came up with this conclusion. The Lizzies told Rembrandt, Vermin, and Cochise that they were the guys that shot Cyrus, so that much could have been reported to Swan in the restroom. What was not told to them was the fact that Luther had shot Cyrus -a fact that only Fox (within the group) had seen. The only thing known to the three aforementioned was that they were accused of the killing, nothing more.(Lizzies: "So you're the famous Warriors, the guys that shot Cyrus.")BlaX wrote:nope, its the Lizzies remember the line they say. All that could have been said in the restroom was something to the tune of: "Hey, did you know that every gang in the city thinks we shot Cyrus." By this time, Fox was already dead. So Fox MUST have told Swan about Luther being the killer. Unless we can reason that the Warriors figured out it was the Rogues because of the constant pursuit.
