in the meeting at the beginning there is a two people with shaved heads and they wearing dungerees not the punks and they are also wearing a thing around there neck like rembradt

it is the TurnBull ACs, one of them is wearing Over all's, you can see the over all's one on the train platform after the warriors get away.
