they do look gay compared to the other gangs, but they were the baddies, and baddies always have to have somethinmg u can take the piss out of them with, in this case being the clothes

The Rogues were an awesome gang and have a awesome outfits, They were some bad mothers.

Right on Cowboy79 th Rogues are one of my favorites. Those hats aren't the "Leatherman" type, rather a military kind, they have golden wings pinned on them!

They have the coolest symbol too.

I didn't think they looked that bad. The outfits just seemed like they were supposed to evoke punk rock or something like that. But I can believe the biker gang thing. They did rock the Marlin Brando Wild One hat.
