ok As Cyrus is climbing the steps of the platform, right before he's going to say "you're standing right now....." There is a guy in the crowd with a Cleveland Browns jersey #19. Who is he?

I don't know if Kosar wore 19, but I know he didn't come int the NFL until 1985. Who was 19 back then?

I guess what I'm asking, because apparently we must be very specific or people get mad, is what gang is he a member of?
