Do you think they killed anyone in the movie? from like beating them to death? i think for sure the black member of the punks had to die after getting a baseball bat broken over him.what do you think?

I don't think so---unless it was a total headshot with the bat, I doubt very much he died.

Only in the book do the Warriors really kill anyone, and that was totally senseless.

Yeah alot of them weren't even twitching after that Explosion.

well the Furies probally got a few broken ribs and the Punks stiches for cuts and bruises and as for the Orphans prolly one of them died from the exsplosion idk

and we all know what happened to the Rogues

If you slow down/pause the bathroom fight you can see what looks like Swan shanking that big Punk with green T-shirt with the switchblade right in the belly.

While the blade was Swan's weapon of choice---where did he get it?

I still don't think any of the guys they fought actually died, though.
There would have been more repercussions if they had.

Doesn't Swan kill a Fury in the original script? (Because they killed Cochise).

Well he picked up the Punks' leader's switchblade, and that's why he had a blade later on in Coney Island.

Yes, I just couldn't remember who he got it from.

Can't remember about Fury, but wouldn't surprise me--there was some killing in that script as opposed to the actual movie we see. Can't say I am sorry.

Most All the written reviews at the time, sort of touched on the violence as somewhat surreal-violence that isn't actually shown to be violent-so that is why I am thinking that no one actually died. Sort of left that sort of stuff up to our imaginations, and didn't show any of the graphics.
