Alrigh people I was watching the warriors just a few minutes go. Considering the fact that I have ON DEMAND therefore I can watch it any time I want. Now at the end of the movie when the Riffs met the Warriors and Rogues at the beach I closely looked at all the Riffs members. Now I swear I saw a caucasian guy in there. Im not sure if he was mixed ethinicity because im sure I saw that too in there. So I think I saw a caucasian guy in their gang.

I actually thought they were an all african american gang.

Your not seeing things, there is (are) a couple of Riffs members who are pale skinned in comparison.  I noticed that a while back.

That's very interesting...you know I always thought of the Riffs as being a martial arts gang.

They just mostly had black members...the focus of their gang was martial arts.

i know the warriors were originally supposed 2 b an all black gang

I always thought of The Riffs as kinda a well organized Nation of Islam organization  and Cyrus as kinda a Malcom X figure

The Riffs are a black gang, this white member, you sure he is not just mixed race with a lighter skin tone?

Gangs have always been divided by race, although there are always exceptions to the rule.

Fact is, most gangs in the Bronx were either Black or Latin.

Yeah 'The Warriors' were supposed to be an all black gang, but the movie company was never gonna go for that, in fact Walter Hill wanted them to be an all black gang, it would have been more realistic to have the gang as one race.

Still the movie worked alright in the end with the members chosen.
