who is luther talking to?

My 2 cents. Luther is "checking in" but he is not telling the other person on the phone that HE shot Cyrus. He says, "Yeah these guys The Warriors... Yeah they deserve it. Yeah we will." So either he is talking to a higher up in the rogues who had no idea that Luther himself did it or he is just talking to a girlfriend even. I think it's also funny that Luther has to keep calling in to get updates as to what's happening since it seems like the rogues don't have a radio in their hearse that works so he has to keep "checking in." And yeah, The lizzies know about The warriors from the radio and also they are near 14th st. not 104th st. I always thought the Lizzies were "Lezzies" and that's the joke of the name so I don't think that they're the Rogues chicks.

With regards to the Rogues i just thought that the other day!

The scene was filmed on 104th street though.

Well... since they aren't listening to the radio and the dj seems to be the hub of information, could he be talking to the dj or somebody at the radio station?

That seems pretty clear to me, too: "Lizzies" = lesbians and the guys are too dense to figure it out at first. And it's not only the Lizzies' gang name, it's their behavior back at the clubhouse.

As for who Luther was talking to, all these theories are very interesting - I always thought he was calling into the radio station and taking to the DJ, giving her updates, getting updates back...

I just know the Lizzies was on 104 and i went looking in May this year but, couldn't find it.

well, the leader of the rogues probably didnt go because he knew Luther would be shooting Cyrus, and that'd create a frenzy, and they didn't want to take any chances.
