Only two members wear pendants and they're both different. One is teardrop shape and the other is a triangular sculpture.  There's nothing that suggests these are moonrunners.  Moonrunners have a crescent moon for their colors. These pendants arn't that shape. From what I can make out at the conclave shots, the moonrunners don't wear any pendants.
If you want to keep the celestial theme, call this gang The Jupiters.

i dont know how people get these are the moonrunners i think the moon runners are the guys who walk through the sub way things with the shiny jackets on they are kinda silverish blue jackets and it dosent show their faces though

Given that the script intended for them to be in a scene at the beginning of the movie, walking through a train station; I believe the camo gang with the scorpion type colors are The Howitzers.

I think I have found what may be The Meat Packers.
Check out the guy in the middle with the punks style overalls.  Does that say the meat packers on his back?  It definatly ends in "ers".

I use Power DVD player on the PC.  It has a camera icon near the bottom which can capture any frame.  The free to download VLC player can also do this.  Failing that, you can pause the dvd at any scene, press the "print screen" key on your keyboard and paste it into a graphic program such as paintshop pro or photoshop.  Upload the image to photobucket and copy and paste the image code into your forum post.

Looking forward to see what gangs other members can find.  Ive about half a dozen left to post.  Stay tuned.

It was the colouring on the sleeves that made me associate this name with this gang.
Ladies and Gents, I present you with.........

This makes 84 gangs total, as listed in the script

Assuming I made no errors, we have now identified 32 of those 84, meaning we are at just over 38% completion!

Ninth Delegate wrote: The Panzers don't wear camoflauge.  I'm convinced this gang are the Panzers.  On the right is an actual WW2 Panzer uniform.  Its not the same as what the gang are wearing, but they have a simular german army look about them.  The gang probably couldn't get lots of real panzer uniforms, so they would have gone for something that looked simular and in enuff supply for all their members to wear.

maybe these guys are the howitzers? thats suits a german army theme.

i agree panzers makes sense but from rockstar they are the millitant black gang in camo - camo justifying the army referrence name

and also works as a pun on black panthers.. panzers

not sure rockstar got it right but it can be explained

The Howitzer is an American cannon so it wouldn't fit with the german style uniform of this gang.
Plus; looking at the actor in the pic and comparing it on the cast credits on imdb, i'm sure its Richard Alleman who is simply credited as Nazi gang member.

As requested in the moonrunners jacket thread...

These are the costume I would most associate for wizrdry out of all the gangs thats visible.

(In the movie, this robed gang have no patch on their backs.  There is clear shots)

One of at least 3 different gangs that wear camo jackets.  I cant make out what the logo is.  Looks like a scorpion.
the logo looks to me like a horse holding a hand grenade...

judging on the outfits, which gangs would you say had the most money and which the least

i would say the black hands and the orphans (well obviously the orphans) are the poorest
