Baseball Furies or Punks

definately the punks...but the furies looked the coolest

It was a hard decision. But I have togo with the Furies.
You have to remember when the Furies chased down Cowboy and Ajax... it was exactly that, 9 Furies with bats vs 2 Warriors. So, making a game out of it the Furies all stood round while one went at it with Ajax... only to rudely be interupted by Swan from behind.

So if the Furies went at it with the Punks... full-on. I go with the Furies.

I say the Punks destroy the Furies. That Punk leader was a tough one. He came back twice to fight the Warriors. They did some damage. Those Furies were absolute rot. Granted, they were fighting the best three fighters left, but still they had no sense of attack. It's so cool how your ability to fight as a group gets you by instead of bullets. I love the 70's.

The Punks would win...The Furies got destroyed by Ajax, whereas The Punks fought a close match against 6 Warriors. The Furies could barely handle two.. Come on guys..be realistic. I know everybody LOVES The Furies, but to say they would beat The Punks just doesn't make any sense. The Punks were well armed as well.

In the game theres'a brief snipit that the DJ says about how the Furies armyed into the Bowery, and beat down the Punks.

But in my opinion Punks all the way!

I saw The Punks, definately. If they can't handle 3 Warriors while they're armed with bats and The Warriors have nothing, what makes you think they could handle 9 armed Punks?

Furies win the costume contest though, hands down

As much as I love both of these gangs, the Punks would win, The baseball furies get dismantled pretty easily by the warriors (only cowboy gets hit) compared to the punks who wreck swan's face throw vermin into a mirrior and much much more, not to mention the leader is so nuts and they have a guy who has to be like 6'5 !

I would go with the furies, theyre real cool.Also the leader of the baseball furies is like 6Â´6 and has instead of one bat, three tied together if you have played the game youÂ´ve seen him, but the punks are real good fighting and have some cool moves.Its true the punks gave a better fight than the furies, but the furies had to run over three blocks before even fighting that is exhausting.At the beggining of the scene where the warriors meet the BFs even ajax gets freaked out and agrees to start running

that is some heavy rep.Then about the ppl talking that theres only six to eight BFs, theres abviously more.Even the warriors have up to a 120 gang members if you have seen the deleted scenes in the directors edition of the movie.

this is my first post...and i havent seen the movie for awhile, so just be nice when correcting me

I voted for the Furies not because they're cooler or have bats, but if you think about it, there HAS to be more than just the ones that fought with the Warriors, so if it was an all out brawl with the Punks I'd think they'd take it. Also, yeah when they did fight the few Warriors they had been running for awhile, and also didnt have as much of a motive as the Warriors did, they were on the run, adrenaline pumping and fighting to get back to Coney, while every other gang was just out to get them because of the shooting, which I'm sure the Furies weren't grieving over THAT much, enough to go crazy and butcher the Warriors the way the Riffs did Cleon...but back to the point, if those 9 or so Furies were in that kind of situation...I think the Punks or even the Warriors would get bopped into the next century....but....that's just what I think
